1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MaxGrowth Agency Portal ("the App"), operated by MaxGrowth Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Intended users
The App is provided for use by employees of MaxGrowth Agency and authorised clients. Access requires an invitation from an administrator.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Connected Google accounts
When you connect a Google Analytics, Search Console, or Business Profile account via OAuth, you grant MaxGrowth Agency Portal permission to access that data for display and reporting within the App. You may revoke this access at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access data that does not belong to your account or authorised projects
- Interfere with the App's infrastructure, security, or availability
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App's source code
6. Data accuracy
The App displays data pulled from third-party APIs (Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, DataForSEO, and others). We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the data is free from errors introduced by the source APIs.
7. Service availability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxGrowth Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
